Footage has been released on Thursday, 27 April, showing Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) arrest 12 members of the Islamic Jihad Mujahideen Jamaat group. This is an extremist group that is on the illegal groups list in the Russian Federation. The raid took place in Kaliningrad, Russia's Eastern-most city, close to the Polish border.
Those arrested included the group leader, in an operation conducted jointly by the FSB, National Guard (Rosgvardia) and Russia's Internal Affairs Ministry.
