Vitaly Klitschko, mayor of Kiev, and his team have been accused of poisoning countless homeless dogs and cats on the streets of Kiev. In particular, on 22 April, 12 animals had been found poisoned in the Vinogradova area, which were known to have been been sterilised in the past and were tame. Why not take the animals into an animal shelter instead?
