The European Parliament has confirmed that the visa-free regime for Ukrainian citizens will start operating from 11 June 2017.

521 Members of European Parliament voted for the abolition of visas for Ukrainian citizens, out of a total of 750.

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has commented that EU ambassadors have made a positive decision on the liberalization of the visa regime for Ukrainians.
