OSCE observers refused to record death of 2 people in East Ukraine [Video] - Like This Article

June 13th, 2017 - Fort Russ News -

OSCE representatives have refused to record the death of two residents in the Petrovsky district of Donetsk because of the lack of asphalt in the area hit by the Ukrainian army. This was reported in the press service of the Armed Forces of DPR.

Building 25, on Lukovsky Street, at 22 o'clock on June 12th, on which shelling was released from the area of Marinka, claimed the lives of two people.

The OSCE representatives refused to record the crime because, and wait for it, the road leading to the site of the tragedy had no asphalt!  (Meaning it could not be accessed easily.)

Go figure.
