British police has revealed the identity of a third terrorist who participated in the Saturday night London Bridge terror attack that claimed the lives of 7 people and left 48 others injured.

Born in 1995, Youssef Zaghba came from a mixed Moroccan-Italian background.

The 22-year old was reportedly an Italian citizen.

The first one to publicly reveal his identity was the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera.

The newspaper also revealed that Zaghba was previously arrested at Bologna Airport back in 2016, when he was trying to depart to Istanbul and then head to Syria in order to join the ranks of ISIS.

The other two attackers were known as Khurram Shazad Butt, a 27-year-old British citizen of Pakistani background and a 30-year old Rashid Radwan, himself of Libyan background.
