Lyn's tribes gathered last Saturday, June 17, 2016 to celebrate with the hymn of Libyan Arab Jamahiriya the release of Saif-al-Islam Gaddafi.
On the same date a meeting in support of Saif-al-Islam Gaddafi took place in Cairo, Egypt. The community of Libyans in exile, loyal to the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya organised this event. Former senior Libyan officials have thus voiced their support for Saif-al-Islam Gaddafi in reviving the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya that was unlawfully occupied following the 2011 aggression carried out by NATO and by the Gulf monarchies. It has been recalled by various speakers that only Muammar Gaddafi’s son is capable of releasing Libya from the current chaos.
On June 16th a popular rally in support of Saif-al-Islam Gaddafi and the return of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya took place in Tobruk, East Libya.
After the announcement of Muammar Gaddafi’s son’s release, more and more Libyan people are organising demonstrations for the liberation of the country.
