The Syrian forces tightened control over several important sites, located 10 km east of the Ark–oil wells axis, in the eastern countryside of Palmyra.

According to the field reports, units of the Syrian Army were involved in fierce clashes ISIS terrorists, during which, scores of ISIS terrorists were left dead or wounded. 

The clashes took place, following yesterday’s liberation of Al Dleiyat area in the Syrian Desert.

The Army is also trying to make new progress in the suburban area of ​​Ein Tarma, located in the Eastern Ghouta countryside of Damascus, where clashes with the terrorists took place earlier today.

Meanwhile, the Syrian Army is still searching the now fully liberated Al Waar district of Homs city and is actively looking for any leftovers by terrorists.

So far mortars, cannons, anti-tank missiles, improvised explosive devices, explosive belts and circuits for remote detonation, as well as the Israeli-made pouches, were discovered.
