The Moscow District Military Court issued a verdict today in the case of the murder of politician Boris Nemtsov. Killer Zaur Dadaev received 20 years in prison and his accomplices - from 11 to 19 years.

Journalist Eduard Limonov believes that the Russian politician was killed because of the relationship with his mistress, a Ukrainian woman, Anna Duritskaya. Serving as confirmation of this version of events was that one of the accused accomplices, Temirlan Eskerhanov, had 'selfies' with the girl on his cellphone.

Nemtsov was shot dead in central Moscow on the night of February 28, 2015.

There are of course other versions to Nemtsov's death, especially given its proximity to the Kremlin (with security cameras and guards) which includes a CIA plot for the apparent murder of  opposition figures on behalf of the Russian government. Investigation versions have also implicated Duritskaya as being an accomplice.
