Farmers in the Kherson region wrote a letter to the Crimea n authorities with an appeal to restore the "mutually beneficial long-term trade relations."

Authors of the appeal complain that after the introduction of the blockade of Crimea by the authorities of Ukraine, Kherson farmers were left without markets for products.

"Thousands of people remain without jobs. Suffer from a lack of family earnings. Farmers pay salaries and keep nothing for the family. Today we are suffering huge losses due to the blockade of the Crimea. In Ukraine, all of the programs on agriculture do not work. Loans are expensive with impossibly high interest rates "
- farmers say.

Recently the Court in Kiev, Ukraine overturned a government decree on the prohibition of trade with the Crimea. Thus, farmers have a reason to appeal.

Kiev states that Crimea committed a genocide attempt, prior to the water, food and energy blockade. However, the result is that many ordinary Ukrainians are suffering from this decision.
