Spanish authorities have announced the arrest of a man of Syrian origin, holding Danish citizenship, on suspicion that he has fought in the ranks of ISIS in Syria.
The 29-year old was yesterday arrested in Malaga, southern Spain, on the eve of a huge LGBT rally, that is expected to be attended by approx. two million people on Saturday afternoon.
According to the organizers of the “World Pride” event and the authorities, the security measures are set to a very high level.

The Spanish Interior Ministry has also issued a statement, saying a man born in Syria and now holding a Danish citizenship, was arrested by the Civil Guard on Friday, adding that he is suspected to have fought alongside ISIS for at least 2 years.
