A soldier of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has stated on camera that the military often doesn't know what it's shooting at, and frankly - doesn't care to know.
The soldier also notes that the military is not always told by the commanders who or what is located at the coordinates they are told to fire at. Is this not worthy of a military crimes tribunal investigation?
"The main thing is that we are given a task, we are given a command, we fulfil it, which means that the money that goes into armament [by the state] is not wasted," he concluded.
The fact one could be shelling schools, civilian areas, hospitals does not seem to feature into the question of 'ethical' military conduct.
