A Kurdish TV presenter has been revealed to be embroiled in a corruption case.

It was revealed that she receives an illegal salary as a Major in the Kurdish Peshmerga militia rather than a news presenter.

The Iraqi Committee working with Kurdish Member of Parliament's to remove fake employees from the budget has discovered many people receiving salaries as Peshmerga fighters that they are not entitled to.
