Units of the Syrian Army and the aligned forces have managed to reestablish control over the town of Qaser Shawei in Al Hamra area, located northeast of Hama city.
According to the field reports, a control was established after Syrian Forces killed a number of Hay’at Tahrir Al Sham (Al Nusra Front) terrorists in the town.
Currently, the Army is looking for the remaining terrorists who have fled towards the nearby towns and villages.
Engineering units have arrived in the meantime to dismantle the land mines and explosive devices left over by the terrorists.
