"Go Away" - Ukraine shocked by decision of International Court of Justice - Like This Article

April 20th, 2017 - Fort Russ News -

The Ex-Minister of Justice of Ukraine, Olena Lukash, called the situation of Ukraine in the International Court of Justice, "The Hague puddle" in her blog post.

Lukash reiterates that Ukraine was trying to achieve a positive court decision on the inadmissibility of remittances from Russia to the Republic of Donbass, the supply of weapons, vehicles, equipment, training of groups involved in terrorist acts against the civilian population and so on.

The Court found that "there is no evidence of the truth of the words of the Ukrainian side," and the Chairman emphasised that the parties should resolve the conflict in the Donbass in accordance with the Minsk Agreement.

However, those close to the Ukrainian government claim victory for Ukraine, focusing on the Crimean aspect of the court's decision.

"Refrain from maintaining or imposing restrictions on the ability of the Crimean Tatar community to maintain its representative institutions, including the Mejlis", - stated the Court decision on the Ukrainian claims to the Russian Federation infringement on the prevention of racial discrimination Convention.

Russia proposed to provide access to education in the Ukrainian language in the Crimea.
