Ukraine refuses to bear social expenses in Donbass

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the "Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 365", according to which social payments to residents of Donbass who have the status of internal migrants will be suspended. The control over the permanence of Ukrainian citizens in the territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics is carried out by the infamous SBU - the Ukrainian analogue of the Nazi Gestapo.

The SBU is obliged to transmit data concerning the political security of the citizens to the territorial departments of labor and social protection of the population. Even some Ukrainian lawyers admit that receiving such data by the branches of the Pension Fund of Ukraine is illegal.

One of the conditions for Ukraine to receive loans from the World Monetary Fund is to raise the retirement age, and to significantly reduce the costs of the Ukrainian budget for social payments. Among the first ones under such distribution were migrants from Donbass. In many cases, the Ukrainian authorities have suspended social payments even without preliminary checks of the people at their registration place.

Payments of pensions to some migrants have ceased in line with the law, stated the Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine, Andrey Reva. According to him, the law provides for the abolition of pension payments to internal migrants who stayed in the territory beyond Ukraine's control for more than 60 days.

Last week, Ukraine stopped the deliveries of electricity to the Lugansk People's Republic, and is going to stop the deliveries to the Donetsk People's Republic. This is nothing more than a form of genocide of the population of Donbass. Now, Ukraine is going to apply the methods of economic genocide to its own citizens who may only be suspected of temporary residence in the territories of the DPR and the LPR.

Ukrainian Neo-Nazi 'dogs' bite a dead lion: monuments and graves of soldiers of the Great Patriotic War have been desecrated in Ukraine.

In the cemetery of Mariupol, Ukrainian Neo-Nazi volunteers have desecrated the graves of Soviet soldiers who died in 1943 while liberating the city, painting them with pagan runes and inscriptions - "death to enemies". In Kiev, they mocked the monument to General Vatutin, hanging on it the inscription "Executioner, destroyed by Ukrainian nationalists.”

Nikolai Vatutin, during the Great Patriotic War, became famous in the Stalingrad and Kursk battles, then commanded the troops of the first Ukrainian front that liberated the Soviet Ukraine. The liberation from the German invaders in Kiev was this commander’s merit, as well as the organization of the largest "cauldron" for Hitler's troops near Korsun-Shevchenko and several other offensive operations, ultimately leading to the liberation of most of the territory of Ukraine. On February 29th, 1944, at Rovno, General Vatutin's car was fired upon, presumably by one of the groups of Ukrainian nationalists. The general died in Kiev of his injuries.

Ukrainian nationalists were accomplices of the German invaders, and were constantly defeated by the Soviet troops. Unable to defeat the enemy on the battlefield, their ideological descendants take revenge on the dead.

Ukrainian saboteurs mine the countryside

On April 23rd, a car of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) was blown up by a mine in the Lugansk region. As a result, an observer died - a US citizen.

The version that the explosion was specially organized by Ukrainian saboteurs has received its confirmation. Observers of the OSCE SMM found 5 mines set up by Ukrainians in Zolotoe. The official representative of the People's Militia of the Lugansk Republic, Lieutenant-Colonel Andrey Marochko, reported this at a briefing in the Luhansk Information Center. According to him, an elderly woman was wounded by one of these mentioned mines.

Ukrainian nuclear power can get out of control

In Ukraine, the expiration date of 7 nuclear power plants is approaching and they can 'get out of control' at any time. This fact threatens to cut off power in several areas, write the Ukrainian media.

The equipment of Ukrainian nuclear power plants is worn out both morally and physically and there is no money for their modernization, although there is money to carry out an "anti-terrorist" war against the population of Donbass. The government of Ukraine continues to extend the work terms of the nuclear power plants. This precipitates a significant risk of accidents.

There are also questions about ensuring safety in Ukrainian NPPs, a comprehensive program that was adopted by the government on December 7th, 2011, taking into account the accident of the Japanese nuclear power plant in Fukushima. It was assumed that the program needed about 1.4 billion euros, and it had to be completed before the end of 2017. Groysman's government has decided to extend the program until 2020. The probability of emergency situations and accidents is high.
