Terrorist groups continue to violate the new Russia-brokered memorandum on establishing de-escalation zones throughout Syria.

Earlier on Friday, terrorists were shelling residential areas in the southern Syrian province of Darra.

Material damage to public and private properties was caused after rockets and mortars hit residential areas in Daraa Al Balad area.

There are no reports on civilian casualties.

Despite that some of the terrorist groups agreed to terms of the Russia-brokered Memorandum on establishing de-escalation zones within Syrian territory, many of them frequently make violations by attacking civilian and administrative areas.

According to the agreement reached in Kazakh capital city of Astana, four areas, free of warfare are supposed to exist within sovereign Syrian land. Turkey and Iran are acting as its guarantors.

So far, it was only the government side that fully respected the terms of the deal.
