Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, Andrei Paruby, has stated that the draft security agreement between Ukraine and the United States, which could be signed, provides for the deployment of US military reserves on Ukrainian territory.
"It calls for special joint operations, joint research and development projects, and even the placing on the territory of Ukraine military forces of the United States of America-" Paruby said.
He also stressed that the agreement "brings a new level of cooperation between Ukraine and the United States."
