Fan love: Italian farmer creates portrait of Putin with a tractor - Like This Article

July 4, 2017 - Fort Russ News -

An Italian farmer has "painted" a tractor portrait of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Veneto region. The portrait of the Russian leader has replaced the image of the president of the United States, Donald Trump, which Dario Gambarin made after the harvest at the end of last year.

Gambarin became known a few years ago due to his 'art' of drawing huge portraits of world leaders and symbolic messages for global events. The canvas is a large field and the brush and paints are a tractor and a plow.

The Italian farmer drew a portrait of Putin, in anticipation of the upcoming summit of the G20 in Hamburg, on 7-8 July.

It is only possible to see the portrait with a bird's-eye view. It has a width of 135 meters and is accompanied by his name written in the Cyrillic alphabet, and a caption of "G20 2017".

"We all hope that this meeting will lead to the solution of urgent problems in economics and migration, that plague the world. Similarly, the Ukraine, Syria, nuclear weapons, as well as accusations against Moscow of interfering in the US elections ", - said Gambarin to reporters.
