The Migration Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the People's Republic of Lugansk, since 2015, have issued 65 thousand passports of the Republic.
"Since the beginning of this year, about 35,000 passports have already been issued, which is three and a half times higher than the same period in 2016" - explained in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
