Syrian government forces have liberated a new town in Raqqa countryside as a part of the same operation to clear ISIS from the Euphrates river valley.
The operation that has expanded into Raqqa countryside is a continuation from the operation that lifted the siege on Deir Ezzor city and aims to defeat the terrorist group in its entirety from the region.
Muraselon, in speaking with a military source, confirmed that the Syrian Army's Tiger Forces, with backing from Russian airstrikes, liberated Ma'adan village in Raqqa's eastern countryside.
This comes as only yesterday the Syrian Army liberated Ma’adan Ateaq village from ISIS.
