Units of the Syrian Army operating at Maan/AlTleisia axis in the northern countryside of Hama province have managed to repel an attack led by the Uyghur terrorists of the East Turkestan Islamic Party and Hay’at Tahrir Al Sham (Al Nusra Front).

According to the field reports, the Syrian Army has been involved in fierce clashes with Hay’at Tahrir Al Sham (Al Nusra Front) and East Turkestan Islamic Party terrorists. The latter are notorious for their ties to the Turkish intelligence.

On Tuesday dawn, a whole bunch of these Uyghur terrorists and their allies attacked the military posts in the surrounding areas of Al Tleisia, Al Talla, Al Sawda and Al Kahira, located north of Hama city.

The Army units have since managed to repel the attack, killing dozens of the Uyghur and other terrorists in the process.

In addition, the army units also destroyed two tanks and two vehicles equipped with heavy machine guns, and seized a tank and several BMP vehicles belonging to the terrorists.

Later, Syrian Air Force carried out series of intense strikes, and destroyed several supply routes that used to connect Attshan, Al Hubbeit and Al Sayyad hill, located on the administrative border of Hama and Idleb provinces.
