DAMASCUS, Syria. Units of the Russian Air Force have destroyed headquarters of the Al Qaeda-linked Hay’at Tahrir Al Sham (Al Nusra Front) terrorists in the northeastern countryside of the Syrian province of Hama.

According to the field reports, Russian jets destroyed the whole complex in a series of overnight air strikes.

At least 13 Hay’at Tahrir Al Sham (Al Nusra Front) terrorists who were inside the building got killed.

Among the killed terrorists, there was an Iraqi citizen who acted as a field commander.

The strikes were conducted to provide backup support to the Syrian Army. The latter is now finishing its months-long campaign against Hay’at Tahrir Al Sham (Al Nusra Front) and Turkestani terrorists in the northern countryside of Hama province.
