Ukrainian security forces have attacked residential areas of Zaitsevo village this morning, at a time when children were on their way to school. This was stated by the deputy commander of the DPR Operational Command, Eduard Basurin.
"Today, from 7:00 to 8:00 am, the Ukrainian forces, under the leadership of the deputy commander of the 1st mountain infantry battalion, Major Shevchenko, committed to mortar shelling of the streets of Zaitsevo village, which is a known route that children take to get to school, at this time of morning" - said Basurin.
There are no victims as a result of the shelling, children had time to hide behind nearby buildings.
"These facts show that Ukrainian army does not simply shell the residential areas, but actively hunt for our children. This is the terrorist essence of the Ukrainian army fighting against the inhabitants of Donbass." - emphasized Basurin.
