The Obama administration has announced its retaliation measures for "Russian efforts in interfering with the US presidential election", ordering sweeping new sanctions that included the expulsion of 35 Russians diplomats from the US. With no evidence whatsoever, US intelligence services assert that Russia ordered cyber-attacks on the Democratic National Committee, Hillary Clinton’s campaign and other political organizations, in an attempt to influence the election in favor of the Republican candidate, Donald Trump. Russia's Foreign Affairs Spokesperson, Maria Zakharova, makes Russia's stance known on this issue.
As if that wasn't laughable enough - Washington's number 1 warhawk, Senator Insane, is using this justification to amp up support in the Baltics for continued US military presence (watch till the end.)
One question that boggles me - have the so called "leaders" of the Baltics not been witness to what McCain, Saakashvilli & Co did to the Ukraine and Georgia? Why would you volunteer your country to be the next disposable pawn?
PS: The Russian President did not expel US diplomats out of Russia, wished Barack Obama a Happy New Year - and invited all the kids of US diplomats stationed in Moscow to attend the annual children's NYE performance at the Kremlin.
