Syrian forces thwarted a terrorist attack in Aleppo province by ISIS earlier on Wednesday, killing scores of terrorists.
The army was also involved in heavy clashes with the terrorists and made multiple strikes on ISIS positions south of the Air Force Academy building, in the villages of Al Qutbieh and Oum Arkilla, located in the eastern countryside of Aleppo. Dozens of terrorists were killed and their equipment destroyed.
In the province of Deir Ez Zour, the army continued with the anti-ISIS operations that resulted in annihilation of several terrorists as well as the destruction of their headquarters and armed vehicles in Al Mutatawilah, Milad, Jalili, and Alloush Hills, Al Makabbat, the industrial area and Tayssir Hill in Al Thardah Mountain.
