Following an agreement with the terrorist groups on evacuating the civilians from the besieged villages of Kefraya and Al Fouaa, located in the northern countryside of Idleb province, the work is already underway, despite a small delay.

According to the reports in the Syrian press, several buses, transporting terrorists and their families are already heading towards the towns of Madaya and Zabadani, located in Damascus countryside and are heading towards Idleb province and Jarablus, a town located in the northern countryside of Aleppo. It is believed that the terms of the agreement will be fulfilled by Wednesday.

The sources confirmed that at least 70 buses have already come to pick up the insurgents and their families who agreed to the terms of the agreement, while some still remain inside Madaya and Zabadani as they did not wish to submit to the terms and conditions, but will nevertheless have their chance to settle their status and leave. After the militants will depart, humanitarian aid convoys will start to enter the two besieged towns.

The deal was reached on March 29th and was brokered by Qatar, Iran and Russia. Initially, it was scheduled that the realization of the deal will start on the 4th of April, however, due to safety concerns it was postponed for a week.
