Mikhail Bogdanov, Russian deputy foreign minister and representative to the Arab League, has met with Mohammed Al Badri, an Egyptian ambassador to Moscow, in order to discuss the ongoing crisis in Syria and the developments in the region.
In a statement, issued by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it was said the two sides met to discuss issues and developments in the Middle East, namely the Syrian crisis as well as the situation in the Palestinian territories and the possible ways to carry out negotiations between the conflicting sides.
Apart from that, that, Bogdanov and Al Badri also discussed relations between the countries and cooperation in majority of the fields.
