The US Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, said that Washington wants to stop the deterioration of relations with Moscow. According to Tillerson, the White House are now trying to understand whether it is possible to return to a constructive working relationship between the two countries.
He also stressed that the joint work of Russian and US on Syria is generally positive, but it's too early to tell if it will bear any fruit.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin in an interview with director Oliver Stone, said that if the States intend on destroy the Russian economy, to change its leadership of the country in order to seize the country's nuclear arsenal, then such a policy is erroneous, since such relations with Russia lack vision for the future.
