Turkish forces have carried out another airstrike in Northern Iraq.
On Monday, The Turkish military sources issued a statement, saying that four PKK militants were killed in an airstrike on their positions near Zab river in northern Iraq.
The strike, which was carried out today, also destroyed a shelter for militants in one of the caves, as well as 3 firing zones.
The statement added that militants, eliminated as a result of the operation, were preparing to launch attacks on Turkish territory.
The Turkish forces, however, did not coordinate with Iraqi authorities on the matter, meaning they violated Iraq’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
