Novorossia Today - translated by Inessa Sinchougova
The inspection of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission, at the site of the death of an employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, in the Petrovsky district of Donetsk, was disrupted earlier this morning due to shelling by the Ukrainian army. This was reported by the representative of the Republic in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the ceasefire (SCCM).
"This morning the OSCE intended to go to the site of the tragedy in the Petrovsky district with an inspection. At 09:10, shelling began from a special battalion of special purpose "Donbass-Ukraine" from the Marinka area along the Trudovsky. Due to the ongoing fire for security reasons, the the mission of the OSCE is postponed."
How much more proof does the OSCE require in order to deliver criticism of the Ukrainian side in the escalation of recent hostilities?
