The major crossroads town of 'Uqayribat has been liberated by the Syrian Army from the ISIS terrorist group.
The infamous "ISIS Hunters" unit of the Syrian Army announced the full liberation of the town and the surrounding area from its social media accounts today.
This significant victory will effectively mean that the last pocket of ISIS-controlled territory in central Syria will fall to government forces in just a matter of time.
With such a clearance of ISIS from this region, it allows the Syrian Army to drive towards Deir Ezzor from this front in the war-ravaged country.
