Reports have emerged from Deir Ezzor in Syria's east that the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have attacked Syrian government soldiers.
The attack took place as members of the Syrian Army attempted to cross the Euphrates river if the reports are to be believed.
This comes as the Russian military only yesterday announced that it would retaliate against the US-backed forces if Russian or Syrian troopers were targeted by them.
It must be stressed that this cannot be independently verified by Fort Russ News at this moment.
