Kiev is inventing new tricks in order not to comply with Minsk agreements, but Moscow is ready for constructive work on this issue, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
Despite the efforts being made in the Normandy format and in the contact group, the Kiev authorities are inventing new tricks to evade their obligations under the Minsk complex of measures. - said the Russian minister, speaking from the the UN General Assembly.
