At least 100 people were killed and many more were left wounded, after ISIS terrorists detonated a car bomb in the northern countryside of the eastern Syrian province of Deir Ez Zour.
The attack comes a day after Syrian Forces declared Deir Ez Zour city, the provincial capital, to be finally free of ISIS.
The terrorists reportedly targeted a camp for internally displaced people.
Among the dead, there are lots of women and children.
