ERBIL, Iraq - Kurdish police, known as the Asayish, in Erbil have begun engaging in ethnic cleansing and demographic change, according to Al-Sura News.
According to the report, Iraqi Arabs in Ashti city have been forced to leave their homes or be evicted by force by the Kurdish police.
In total, 350 homes have been emptied so far.
This is far from an isolated case with Iraq's Assyrian minority often making complaints and highlighting that Kurdish security personnel force them to evacuate their villages and homes.
