Once again, terrorists in Syria breached the brand new Russia-brokered memorandum on establishing de-escalation zones within Syrian territory.

Earlier on Tuesday, a woman and a child got injured after Al Nusra Front-linked terrorists started to fire rocket-propelled grenades at Al Sahari district in Daraa Al Balad area of the southern Syrian province of Daraa. The two have received treatment since.

Four fires also broke out and are being extinguished. Material damage was reported as well. 

According to eyewitnesses, the terrorists have been shelling the district for the whole day since the early morning hours.

This is not the first time that the newly-brokered Russian memorandum was breached.

Yesterday, five civilians, five people, two women and a child among them, were injured after terrorists opened fire at the district of Al Sahari, Al Dahiya neighbourhood and the Military Housing in Darra Al Balad area.

The memorandum stands on creating four major de-escalation zones within Syrian territory, an area where shelled occurred including.
