Special monitoring mission of the OSCE has recorded a violation of the agreement on the withdrawal of heavy weapons from the contact line in the Donbass, by Ukrainian security officials.
In the Ukraine government-controlled areas, the mission has noted that three towed antitank guns MT-12, caliber of 100 millimeters, are missing- as stated by a representative of the OSCE.
