A car blast took place today in the Solomensky district of Kiev, killing the Head of the reserves of the Intelligence, Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Maxim Shapoval. This was announced by the head of the Communications Department of the Ministry of Interior ,Artem Shevchenko.
Shevchenko also said that everything indicates that it was a "planned terrorist attack".
In addition to Shapoval, another man suffered but his life is not in danger.
