The Russian Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in the Syrian Arab Republic has reportedly announced that at least 35 armed factions, currently active in the northwestern Syrian province of Idleb, have expressed their willingness to join the Syrian Army.
The move does not come as a surprise, as the Syrian Army is making constant advancements throughout Syria, and will eventually get to Idleb province.
Reconciling this way is the easiest way for the militants to get their status settled as there are no negative consequences.
In the past few months, such reconciliations have become relatively common.
