Marochko explained that the reason for the beating was "not only the boorish and arrogant behavior of foreign citizens in Ukraine, both with respect to military personnel and the local population, but also the connivance of local law enforcement agencies to crimes."
"On September 12, two minors from the village of Teploe were raped by three Lithuanians on the territory of the school. At the local police station, where the victims appealed to, they refused to accept the application and were strongly advised to close their mouths. This fact angered the local residents, which pushed individual servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to 'lynch' the rapists. As a result of the beatings, three of them were taken to the regional hospital of Kharkiv with multiple fractures and bruises," said the official representative of the defense department of the Republic.
"This fact clearly demonstrates the true essence of foreign aid to the criminal Kiev regime in bringing "order" to the Donbass through the genocide of its local population," Marachko said.
