TEHRAN, Iran - Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said that the US’ “radical attitude towards global order is a risk for international peace and securit," during a speech in Tehran on Tuesday.
The Iranian diplomat centered his speech on the importance of the international implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) nuclear deal.
"We need to make sure that JCPOA will shine on the world of international diplomacy as a beacon of hope for those believing in the art of diplomacy and negotiations," he said.
Araghchi went on to voice additional concerns at the US' attitude towards the deal, saying “the drastic changes in the internal politics of the United States has given voice to voices of darkness seeking unnecessary confrontation and crisis."
