Though it is March 31 here in the States, it is already April 1 in Donetsk and Lugansk. As Fort Russ readers know, a new ceasefire was to take place for the Easter holidays, and it was supposed to start at midnight, March31-April 1.
Our sources in Donetsk report that it lasted 14 minutes.
The outskirts of Donetsk are being shelled as this report is being written. Heavy shelling is reported on the Kievsky district.
