An un-named man, having been identified as "potential suspect" of the St. Petersburg bombing on April 3rd, has given himself over to the police in a case of mistaken identity.
CCTV footage - wrong person
A photo of the "suspect" was released by St Petersburg authorities, having been captured by CCTV footage near the scene of the event. The man voluntarily approached a police station having seen himself on television earlier that day.
The suicide bomber responsible has since been identified.
