No major publication is covering the fact that DPR soldiers are holding funerals for their dead every other day, amidst a time that has been declared a ceasefire. This photograph comes from today's funeral, 17th April, of Zhizhka, Alexander Victorovich, an officer in Avdeevka. He was recently appointed to the position, to replace an indiviual killed while serving in the same role.
He leaves behind a wife and daughter - but the world is silent.
