Two terrorists of Central Asian background have been eliminated in the Vladimir region, having been armed at the scene and resisted arrest. The two were preparing terror activity on the territory of the Russian Federation.
"As a result of armed resistance, two individuals have been neutralised by the Federal Security Service. The individuals were of 1991 and 1987 years of birth and originated from Central Asia - living in the Vladimir region." - says the FSB press service.
The two men were linked to active radical recruiters, and showed 'considerable interest' in homemade explosive devices. As part of a background investigation, they had previously voiced their allegiance to committing crimes on the territory of the Russian Federation.
