The USA is the conscience of the world.

The United States is a conscience for the whole world and will not give up this role. This was stated by the permanent representative of the country to the UN Nikki Haley.
"The United States is the conscience of the world. We will not abandon this role. [Bad news for the rest of the world!] We will insist that our participation in the work of the UN correspond to this role," TASS quoted Hayley.
She noted that she intends to make the UN "an effective tool."
According to Hayley, during the US presidency of the UN Security Council next month, she also intends to give more attention to human rights issues by conducting a debate on the relationship between human rights violations and the emergence of armed conflicts. Source

The world "cries out for American and European leadership" through the EU and Nato, US senator John McCain said on Friday (24 March). euobserver

3. From Maddy Albright:
(Yes, this is an oldie, but we have so much catching up to do.)
"If we have to use force, it is because we are America; we are the indispensable nation. We stand tall and we see further than other countries into the future, and we see the danger here to all of us."
--Madeleine Albright

Here is Bob Corker, Chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Iran:
"Regionally, we’ve seen an escalation in Iranian intervention. -- Good!
"Iran, along with its allies in Russia, has continued to prop up Assad at the cost of countless lives in Syria. -- (A) That's a good thing. (B) Crocodile tears! He knows who costs the lives.
"Iran’s support to the Shia militias in Iraq threatens the interests of Sunnis and Kurds alike, not to mention the Shia in Iraq that don’t subscribe to the anti-American, zero-sum politics of the militias that are there.
"Iran is arming the Houthis in Yemen, who are in turn attacking our Saudi allies and targeting our ships. -- Our Saudi allies! How sick is that?

"Yemen now faces a humanitarian crisis unprecedented in its history." -- as if we had nothing to do with it! Source: Opening remarks on Iran Policy.

And here once again, Nikki Haley on an ABC news talk show April 2:
"And so what I can tell you is I talk with countries, whether it's the Arab states or in the Middle East, and they talk about how they're glad to see us fighting against Iran
"I talk with different countries in reference to Syria, and we talk about how we can get the Iranian influence out.
"We're talking about North Korea and what we need to do and the pressure we need to put on China. They're happy that we're finally beating up on Russia for what they've done in the Ukraine.

"So those are really the focuses that I've had and the conversations that I've had. No one's talking to me about the D.C. chatter. What they are talking is that they're very happy to see the United States lead again."
We have to inquire, Who is she talking to? The voices in her head?
