Vitalii Deinega, leader of volunteer organisation "Return home alive" - a pro-Kiev movement that closely collaborates with the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, revealed a mechanism by which the armed forces can infringe on the Minsk agreement. This was stated on Poroshenko-owned national "channel 5".
According to the Deinega, the ability to utilise radicals and as part of the official Ukrainian military operations will allow for "flexibility" in their operations.
"The advantage of volunteers is that, for example, "the Right Sector" can fulfil functions that are otherwise illegal or unethical for the Ukrainian army. I can't reveal all the secrets, but if the army has no authority to shoot - then we simply ask the Right Sector." - he said in this video.
