Reports in the Saudi media claim that gunman opened fire at a private school, located north of the Saudi Arabian capital city of Riyadh.
According to police sources, the incident resulted in the killing of two people, a Saudi teacher and a Palestinian headmaster, in addition to several other people being injured.
The attack was reportedly an act of revenge as the shooter (himself of Iraqi origin) is a recently dismissed teacher.
The school where the shooting took place is known to be famous among the Saudi royal family.
