Today on June 21st, a bilateral meeting between the representatives of the Donetsk People's Republic and Lugansk People's Republic began in Minsk. This was reported today by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of Donetsk. A representative of the OSCE is also part of the talks.
