The Ukrainian Ministry of Health has asked the government to suspend the sale of drugs produced in Russia.
"Ministry of Health has suggested to the government to suspend the supply of drugs produced in Russia, as well as manufacturers who are based on the uncontrolled by Kiev territories" - noted in the department.
Such measures the Ministry of Health explains, are needed to "ensure national security and guarantee quality and safety of consumers."
The Ministry also advised companies to re-register drugs that have production certificates of the Russian Federation.
"This will allow companies to withdraw manufacturers and Russian applicants the Ukrainian market" - said the press-service.
